Glasheen, Valles & Inderman recently received a cease and desist letter from a local competing law firm regarding our advertising practices. We were accused of infringing on their trademark by bidding on their brand name. While we will not release our list of targeted keywords, we ensure that none of our ads are misleading. We do not pretend to be any other firm, nor do we use other firms’ brand names or trademarks in our ad copy. Our advertising practices are in full compliance with Google guidelines, local and federal laws, and state bar ethics rules.
Our intentions are not to imitate another law firm. Our goal is simply to compete in the personal injury market and provide potential clients with top-rated legal services.
