Gas leak fires are special personal injury case type due to the unique nature of the facts. The most important thing someone can do if they or a loved one has been injured in a gas leak fire is to hire a personal injury attorney to investigate the cause of the leak. Glasheen, Valles & Inderman has represented several people injured in gas leak fires, and many were due to the negligence of other people or companies, e.g. an appliance installer improperly hooking up an appliance, or a utility worker improperly performing maintenance on gas lines. Regardless, only a proper investigation can uncover the true cause of the leak and the injury.
