Due to an unfortunate not at fault accident I had to retain an attorney. The reason why I chose this one is because from the first consultation, I felt at ease. They didn’t hassle me into choosing them and they did not give me any wild promises like I would come out of this a millionaire. They were straight forward throughout the whole process. Pamela was a rockstar through everything. Either answered the phone every time or promptly called me back or responded to text in a very timely manner. She walked me through everything they were doing or planning to do, kept me updated and again, was straightforward. And when it came time to get my settlement, gave me the option of going to the office to pick up the check or have it mailed. i had just had my accident when i walked into the odessa office. Kenny Morris sat with me and was very upfront at what we were looking at. Hes an honest man - if he thinks there is a case worth being made then he will tell you right then and there at NO charge. It was a rough start for me, I didnt have rental car coverage. I was a single mom with only the one vehicle and limited money.
