Out of 3 other firms that I got ahold of Glasheen, Valles, & Inderman Mr Valles wanted to make a trip to come see me asap at my home Mr. Valles even went out of his way to make sure that I had what I needed to make my life a bit more comfortable just after I had came back home from the hospital after just being involved in a 18 Wheeler vs 18 Wheeler head on wreck the driver who had hit me fell asleep.... after visiting with him and a few others he brought with him from there firm. I recently had the terrible misfortune of being struck by a woman in an SUV while riding my motorcycle and was hospitalized for injuries. Early on at the crash site it was determined I was not at fault. It was recommended to me to get representation to ensure I was treated fairly by both the insurance company the represented the woman who struck me and the hospital as well. It turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The law firm of Glasheen, Valles and Inderman are reputed to be the best at large personal injury cases in West Texas, but from my personal experience they were absolute professionals at handling a case as small as mine ($30k). Mary Ellen Perez is the adjuster who I worked with and I could not have dreamed up a more compassionate and adept person to handle my case. Due to my extended stay in the hospital, my medical bills alone exceeded the insurance cap of the policy that the woman who hit me had. That means that it was looking like I was going to have to personally sue this woman (who made an honest driving mistake) in open court just to be able to pay my medical bills alone, not counting my totaled custom Harley Davidson and the time I was missing from work and the excruciating pain and suffering I was going through. After getting out of the hospital I signed Glasheen, Valles and Inderman to represent me in the matter. Mary Ellen went to work immediately and set my once troubled mind at complete ease. My glasses were broken in the crash and mary had me set up with a check to cover my eye exam and new glasses practically the moment I walked in the door. She knew I had been missing work as well so she made absolutely sure that I had money for groceries and that my bills were being paid.Not only that but she single handedly negotiated with the hospitals, radiology centers, testing facilities, etc, to reduce my debt by 90%. Which meant I did not have to sue someone into destitution in order to pay my medial bills. In the end I was able to pay all of my medical expenses, buy another vehicle and put some money into saving. All without suing some lady and ruining her life so that I could pay for my medical care and ruined property. This is my first time hiring a law firm and I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service, knowledge and compassion exuded by every person who represents them.
