Nick has focused his career on representing people, and their families, who have suffered catastrophic injuries or death. As a Spanish speaking attorney, Nick helps break the language barrier and aggressively fights for his clients. His personal injury experience includes representing clients seriously injured in automobile and truck wrecks, slip-and-fall incidents, and on-the-job injuries.
A native of Lubbock, Texas, Nick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University in 2001. Following graduation, Nick attended the George Bush School of Government and Public Service and received his Certificate in Advanced International Affairs in 2002. He then returned to his hometown and received his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University in 2005. Nick is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and the Supreme Court of New Mexico. He is also a member of the Texas Trial lawyers Association.
As a law student, Nick clerked for a personal injury law firm and gained a desire to fight for the rights of families and people affected by a tragedy. Nick continues this desire by ensuring that injured clients are represented competently.
