David is a personal injury attorney who handles cases throughout Texas and New Mexico. With a particular focus on truck wrecks, car wrecks, oilfield accidents, and work injuries, David’s extensive experience and compassionate approach make him a trusted advocate. He approaches each case with empathy and determination, recognizing the physical, emotional, and financial toll that serious and catastrophic injuries cause to clients and their families. By forging strong attorney-client relationships built on trust and open communication, David ensures that his clients feel supported throughout the legal process.

David was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and graduated from Lubbock High School. He studied History and Russian at Texas A&M University and was a member of the Phi Betta Kappa academic honor society. While in college, David enlisted in the United States Army Reserve. David attended law school at the University of Houston, where he volunteered and worked to provide legal aid to low-income veterans.

Following law school, David served four years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate. David prosecuted felony crimes such as domestic violence and sexual assault. David’s command then selected him to serve as a Victims’ Legal Counsel, where he provided personal representation and legal advice to victims of violent crime.

David and his family moved home to Lubbock after his time in the Marine Corps. Inspired by his father’s and his grandfather’s work as plaintiff ’s attorneys in Lubbock, David is passionate about fighting for justice and the rights of individuals.
