Noe Valles is the firm’s pre-litigation managing partner and has extensive experience handling serious injury cases such as car, motorcycle and truck wrecks, on-the-job injuries and oilfield cases. Noe understands the emotional distress and hardship that a debilitating injury causes a person. He has handled cases throughout Texas and New Mexico and is experienced in handling cases involving all types of injuries, from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries. As a catastrophic injury attorney, Noe takes the necessary measures to ensure his clients’ needs are met, beyond mere legal representation.

Noe was born in a small town outside Juarez, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States with his family as migrant farm workers. Growing up in Plainview, Texas, he learned the value of hard work, and his dedication and commitment to his clients continue to reflect those values. Noe has been practicing law in Lubbock ever since graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law.

For the past 24 years, Noe has been providing personal injury services in English and Spanish. As a Spanish-speaking injury attorney, Noe can effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensures that language barriers do not hinder his ability to provide exceptional legal representation.

Noe is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico state courts. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
