Jason Medina, a partner at Glasheen, Valles & Inderman, obtained a $644,830.16 verdict from a jury at trial on Thursday. Medina’s client was rear-ended while on the access ramp headed southbound on I-27 in Lubbock, Tex. Before trial, the defendants’ highest offer was $75,000, and Medina’s last demand was significantly less than what they jury ended up giving his client.
