Glasheen, Valles & Inderman filed suit on Nov. 15 on behalf of our client who was hit by a semi-truck. On Oct. 4 our client was traveling west on Interstate 10 from Las Cruces, New Mexico when a semi-truck, also traveling west, collided into him. Our client’s car door was severely damaged, and he suffered vision and memory loss which he is still being treated for.
