Press Release: Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers announces its representation of the families of Jose “Joey” Marrero and Desiree “Desi” Seanez, who were tragically killed; Raelene Roberts, who was injured; and Sean Romero, who was also injured, on January 17, 2023, when Patrick Woods was driving drunk as he went from one job site to another. Woods is the Vice President and Director of Land Acquisition at View Homes.
The attorneys of GVILAW, in collaboration with the families, will be hosting a press conference on Monday, June 26th, at 10:30 a.m. at the El Paso Courthouse to discuss the filed civil lawsuit and raise awareness about the tragic consequences of drinking and driving.
The civil lawsuit is to hold the responsible parties, Patrick Woods and his employers, accountable for this wreck and to seek justice for the families who lost their loved ones and those injured in the devastating crash.

“Our goal is to provide the family with the support they need and fight tirelessly on their behalf,” said Glasheen, Valles & Inderman attorney, Laney Piercy. “While we seek justice in the civil lawsuit, we also hope that justice is found on the criminal side through the upcoming grand jury hearing on July 6th.”
The families want to continue to raise awareness of drinking and driving ahead of the July 4th holiday weekend.
