Bobby Wayne Phillips, 46 of Lubbock, died on Wednesday after sustaining electrocution injuries while in a bucket truck trimming trees. The accident happened near 59th Street and Indiana Avenue around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Lubbock Police Department and Lubbock Fire Department are continuing to investigate the incident.
