Ask the Lawyer | How do I pay for a personal injury lawyer?

Question:

How do I pay for a personal injury lawyer?

Answer:

What we always tell clients is: we work on a contingency fee basis. That means that if we recover money for the client, then we as lawyers get paid at the end of the case; if there is no recovery, then we don’t get paid anything.

So, we tell clients, “We’re always in the same boat.” If the client gets paid, we get paid.

Additionally, we never ask clients to bring any kind of a deposit or retainer because we don’t work by the hour. We work on the case, and we recover a percentage at the end of the case.

Consultations are always free. So, if you have any questions, call us.

You’re never going to have to pay us out of your pocket. Just call us if you have a major accident.
