Jaqueline Soltero, 20, was cited for failure to yield right of way when he pulled out from a private drive on Andrews Highway and collided with an Ector County ISD school bus. While the students were evacuated from the bus after the crash, there were no reported injuries. Soltero was also cited for not having a driver license and not showing proof of insurance.
