No matter the size of the case, Laney is responsive and aggressive with every case she handles. Her personal injury experience includes representing clients seriously injured in automobile and truck wrecks, slip- and- fall incidents, on-the-job injuries, trampoline park injury cases, and sexual abuse litigation.

Laney became licensed in Texas in November 2015 and licensed in New Mexico in April 2016. She attended the University of California, Berkeley, and Texas Tech University School of Law. In law school, she was a member of the Board of Barristers, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society, and served as the Chief Ambassador of the Dean’s Student Ambassador Corps. Laney also participated in several competitions, winning the National Championship in both the American Bar Association Arbitration Competition and the National Pre-Trial Competition.

Starting as a law clerk at GVILAW in May 2014, we’re excited to announce Laney’s recent promotion to partner—a testament to her exceptional work ethic and dedication to the firm’s success.
