Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers of El Paso announced the filing of a lawsuit on behalf of the family of twenty-eight-year-old veteran Jorge Quintana.

A press conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the offices of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers at 1101 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas. The attorneys for the Plaintiffs will be available for questions. The family of Jorge Quintana will also be present.

FACTS

On Wednesday, November 8, 2023, Antonio Zubia was driving a tow truck, owned by Pantusa Towing & Recovery, north on Loop 375. As traffic began to slow down, Zubia slammed into the back of a Ford Edge, causing the Ford Edge to slam into a Dodge Charger, and causing the Dodge Charger to slam into a Honda Accord driven by our client, Jorge Quintana. The Ford Edge then caught fire and crashed into a Ford Ranger. Three additional vehicles attempted to avoid the crash but failed.  As a result of this chain reaction crash caused by the tow truck driver Zubia, all vehicles except the last two vehicles in the crash caught on fire, killing our client Jorge Quintana, a 28-year-old veteran.

“This crash left two little girls without their father; a wife without her husband; and parents without their son,” said attorney Laney Piercy of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers. “We intend to hold all parties responsible and will investigate this crash to the fullest for our clients.”
